Delivery Charges ⇑
  The delivery charges will be calculated and adjusted to the total amount following the reception of your order. Our electronic system will allow you, following the reception of the order, to accept or to refuse the transport charges. An email will then be sent to you to have your authorization of transaction

  Customers wishing to return merchandise must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department.
All returns for credit must be made with freight prepaid by customer and shipped in the original condition.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Groupe Hockey Inc disclaims all responsibility and provides no guarantee, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
 

2.1 Price
2.1.1 The price payable for each product that you order is as set out with regard to each product offered on the Site;
2.1.2 Transportation and delivery charges, as well as applicable sales taxes, are not included;
2.1.3 Groupe Hockey INC reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the Site at any time, without prior notice;
2.1.4 All prices are in Canadian dollars;
2.1.5 The prices of products set out on the Site may differ from the prices offered for the same products in Groupe Hockey INC stores owned and operated by Groupe Hockey Inc.
2.1.6 For your initial order at Groupe Hockey, the minimum purchase required is $1,000.00 before taxes. An account must purchase a minimum of $2,500.00 (before taxes) per hockey season to keep your account active.
2.2 Return Policy
2.2.1 You shall assume the delivery charges and the legal risks for products returned (except in the case where Groupe Hockey Inc has not delivered to you the products you have ordered, or has delivered to you products that are damaged or defective, in which case Groupe Hockey Inc will assume the delivery charges and the risks, as long as you return the products using a carrier that guarantees the risks of loss and damages);
2.2.2 For the purposes of articles 2.2.1, you may not return products without the authorization of Groupe Hockey Inc 's customer service;
2.2.3 Upon receipt of returned products, any sum debited from your credit card account in favor of Groupe Hockey Inc with regard to these products, except delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible, on the condition, however, that the products being returned are returned by you and received by Groupe Hockey INC in the same condition as that in which they were at the time they were delivered to you;
2.2.3 It is also possible to return products ordered on the Site to Groupe Hockey Inc store operated by Groupe Hockey Inc, under the conditions specified above, which will apply by making the necessary adaptations. The addresses of these stores can be found in the Site's "To Contact Us" section. In no case will stores operated by Groupe Hockey Inc. reimburse delivery costs.
2.3 Product Availability
2.3.1 Groupe Hockey Inc. does not guarantee in any case the availability in inventory of products offered on the Site. If Groupe Hockey Inc. is unable to deliver to you one or other of the products that you have ordered due to insufficient inventory, Groupe Hockey Inc. will advise you by e-mail when any products ordered which were not available in inventory become available. In such a case, you have the following options:
2.3.1.1 Request that we deliver the products to you, in which case a payment will be deducted from your credit card account for the products before the products are delivered to you;
2.3.1.2 Refuse delivery of the products, in which case no payment will be deducted from your credit card account for the products;
2.3.2 Groupe Hockey Inc. will not under any circumstances be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to insufficient inventory.
2.4 Shipping Policy
2.4.1 Groupe Hockey Inc. will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you transmitted at the time of your order;
2.4.2 Delivery charges are on a per product ordered basis;
2.4.3 Groupe Hockey Inc. will perform delivery as quickly as possible after acceptance of your order, according to the delivery method that you chose on the Site. Delivery times and costs may vary according to the delivery destination, the delivery method chosen and the availability of products in inventory. Delivery times are estimated from the moment the products leave Groupe Hockey Inc's place of business;
2.4.4 You become the owner of the products you have ordered when Groupe Hockey Inc. gives them to the carrier. As of that moment, you will assume all risks related to the products ordered, and Groupe Hockey Inc. will not be liable for their loss or destruction;
2.4.5 For any products delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all costs of customs brokerage and any other costs related to exporting outside of Canada;
2.4.6 Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which Groupe Hockey Inc. does business, as it happens, at this time, Canada Post and Canpar, as well as the rules of any other company with which Groupe Hockey Inc. may do business from time to time. You are in particular subject to the rules concerning a signature acknowledging receipt of products. If you are absent from the location where you requested that Groupe Hockey Inc. deliver the products to you, it shall be your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the delivery company you chose on the Site at the time of your order;
2.4.7 No deliveries will be made to a post office box.
2.4.8 Groupe Hockey Inc. must have received the full payment for products that will be delivered to you before proceeding with their delivery.
2.5 Responsibility
2.5.1 In the case where responsibility of Groupe Hockey Inc. to you may be held, such responsibility shall be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the prices you paid for the products returned;
2.5.2 Notwithstanding the preceding, nothing in this article may have for effect to limit any right you may have as a consumer with respect to one or other of the laws of public order that may be applicable to you.
2.6 Acts of God
Groupe Hockey Inc shall not be responsible for non-performance, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations whatsoever toward you, nor for damages or losses you may suffer, if the non-performance, the damages or the losses result from an Act of God or from circumstances outside of its control.
